Storm Shelter....Finally

We have been kicking around getting a storm shelter for over a year. We finally decided that we wanted one that is in the garage floor and we got it installed Monday. The girls were a very captivated audience, offering installation suggestions at times. They cut the slab, excavated the soil, set the shelter, and put concrete around the outside. When they were leveling it in the hole Joe, one of the installers hit the top of the shelter to try to level it, and Emma said "DON'T BANG IT!" He only did it once, thank goodness, she would have come unglued! He assured her he would not do it again. He also gave the girls rides on the excavator.
