I found kites for $1.00 at Wal-mart. Emma picked out a Barbie Kite and Elle wanted Elmo. I was unsure if the girls 
would be able to actually fly them. They had a great time in the backyard flying them. Elmo was a bit more cantankerous than Barbie. She flew like a dream and Elmo took a bit more work. He was pretty spastic. But what do you expect from a monster? Emma was really good a flying the kites. Elle was good at throwing them up again after the crashed into the ground. Emma go so good in fact, she started to multi-task! She is my kid!
